Аннотация

The article provides a methodology for calculating the stress state of a tubular element
of a power plant under the influence of internal and external pressure of working
environments and uneven distribution of temperature fields in the heat exchanger section in
the direction of its radius. Studies have been conducted on the patterns of stresses and
deformations distribution in steam generators and piping elements, depending on mechanical
stresses and temperature impacts, the solution of which is directed to ensure the safe operation
of energy equipment. The conditions under consideration for the heating of the tubular
elements of steam generators lead to significant local deformations, which can be prevented
during the design and strength calculation phase. The tense state in the selected volume of the
loaded pipe was investigated. The task of determining the magnitude strains was carried out
by calculating them separately from the impact of the pressure of the working environment
and temperature deformations, and the final value was calculated as an algebraic amount of
stresses arising as a result mechanical and temperature deformations.
